If you are having trouble with your microphones, first we need to clarify which batch your microphone is.
BATCH 3: Single Button Microphone

▶ If you have a dual button microphone, while the microphone is turned on and while pressing the set & power button simultaneously, do not let go until one of the following happens:
BATCH 2: The CHA or CHB blinks repeatedly.
BATCH 1: The signal bar on the upper right corner of the microphone screen blinks repeatedly.
BATCH 1:
1. To change your microphone to a different channel:
- Turn off the microphone.
- Press the set & power button simultaneously.
- The power of the microphone should turn on automatically and the channel will change to either Channel A or Channel B.
- You will need to pair your receiver to the new microphone channel, please refer to instructions #2.
2. To pair your receiver to the microphone:
- Turn off the receiver.
- While the microphone is turned ON, press the set & power button simultaneously.
- While the pairing signal on the microphone LED display is still flashing, turn on the receiver.
- The light on the receiver should show blue/purple once it is connected correctly. If the light on the receiver is signaling red, it is not connected.
BATCH 2:
1. To pair your receiver to the microphone:
- Turn off the microphone and receiver.
- While the microphone is turned OFF, press the set & power button simultaneously. Do not let go until the pairing signal on the top-right of the microphone LED display begins to flash.
- While the pairing signal on the microphone LED display is still flashing, turn on the receiver.
- The light on the receiver should show blue/purple once it is connected correctly. If the light on the receiver is signaling red, it is not connected.
BATCH 3:
1. To pair your receiver to the microphone:
- Turn off the microphone and receiver.
- While the microphone is turned OFF, long-press the power button on the microphone and do not let go.
- When the display on the microphone flashes “1d”, immediately quick-press the power button on the microphone and then immediately release the power button. The microphone’s pairing signal on the top-right corner of the LED display will begin to flash.
- While the pairing signal on the microphone LED display is still flashing, turn on the receiver.
- The light on the receiver should show:
SWM15-PRO: Blue/purple once it is connected correctly. If the light on the receiver is signaling red, it is not connected.
SWM16-PRO: The RF1/RF2 light on the receiver should show green once it is connected correctly.
