The Sound Town CARPO-K8PW is a powered column array loudspeaker from the CARPO Series, featuring four 6.5-inch woofers and two 1-inch compression drivers with linear horns. This configuration delivers focused, high-output performance with controlled vertical dispersion for clear coverage, supporting both permanent installations and portable setups.
Integrated 1200W Class-D amplification and onboard digital signal processing (DSP) provide four preset modes along with manual control over 3-band EQ, bass boost, and delay, allowing precise tuning for different system setups. This flexibility ensures the CARPO-K8PW delivers high-quality sound whether used individually or integrated with additional speakers or subwoofers.
Connectivity options include dual XLR / 1⁄4-inch combo inputs, a 1⁄8-inch AUX input, Bluetooth with True Wireless Stereo (TWS) for pairing two CARPO-K8PW units, and a switchable XLR mix/through output for system expansion. Installation is supported by the included wall-mount U-bracket with a 10° tilt adapter, a 35mm pole socket, and optional CARPO-EP extension brackets or CARPO-PFF flying frame (sold separately), enabling flexible mounting and allowing multiple CARPO-K8PW speakers to be flown for enhanced coverage.
