The Sound Town CARPO-15SPW-PAIR includes two professional 15” powered subwoofers designed for clear, controlled low-frequency performance in both live and installation applications. Each subwoofer features a built-in 3-channel amplifier delivering 1600W peak to the internal subwoofer, with an additional 2 × 250W RMS / 2 × 500W peak available via the two Speakon outputs for connecting passive satellite speakers, allowing convenient system expansion.
Each subwoofer is equipped with a high-performance 15” driver featuring a 3” voice coil that produces precise, articulate bass for demanding low-frequency applications. The rugged plywood enclosures with black textured finish and heavy-duty metal grilles provide durability for touring and permanent installations while minimizing resonance and distortion.
Adjustable onboard controls include subwoofer volume, low-pass filter, and polarity switch, as well as satellite speaker volume, balance, and a 200Hz high-pass filter switch. Two XLR/TRS combo inputs and two XLR outputs allow optimized signal routing and wide compatibility with various sound and speaker systems.
Each subwoofer includes two recessed handles and built-in low-noise wheels for easy transport and mobility, and an integrated M20 pole socket supports mounting a satellite speaker for optimal full-range PA coverage.
